The Heritage Ritual Collection
Every Mydvin product is handmade in small batches, with care taken in its preparation and shipping.
For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with regulations applicable to cosmetic products.
A product received damaged, non-conforming, or defective may be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photo evidence, to mydvinoff@gmail.com . We will then review the situation and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
Outside of these cases, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product has been received.

Les savons au karité et à la coco nettoient en douceur, la crème hydrate très bien et le shampoing est agréable à utiliser.
